Frequently Asked Questions
We offer activities all year round for private groupsFor individuals, the regular season is usually from May to November.
All our activities are available in English and in French (unilingual groups). You must select the language of your choice when you book.
All of our activities take place outside in Old Montréal and go rain or shine! Wear simple, comfortable clothing in order to benefit the most from your experience. We suggest layering to allow for varying temperatures.
Our Ghost Walks, both from the regular season and the private activities, end in front or near Bonsecours market.
We recommend our activities for children 12 years and older, due to certain subject matters addressed on the walk (torture, murder, prostitution in the New France era, etc.). If you have any doubt, please contact us.
Reservations for the activities during the 2020 regular season are mandatory. Space is limited and our ghost walks sell out quickly. We advise that you reserve as soon as possible to guarantee your place, either by phone or directly online.

Reservations for private groups are mandatory as well. Call us to reserve as soon as possible.
For individual guests who wish to guarantee their reservation during our regular season, payment must be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) at the time of reservation.

You may also purchase tickets at out Ticket Office, either by credit card or cash, on the evening of the activity, anywhere from 1 hour up to 15 minutes prior to the activity (subject to availability).

We strongly recommend prior reservations to avoid the disappointment of the activity being full when you arrive to buy your ticket the evening of the activity.

For groups, please contact us for information on payment options.
During our regular season if you have reserved your place with us, just present yourself at the Montréal Ghosts Ticket Office, situated in Old Montréal, anywhere from 1 hour to 15 minutes before the Walk. There you will be told the exact departure point, which is close to the Ticket Office.

Private groups will be given their exact departure point when they make their reservation.
Unfortunately latecomers will not be able to join the Walk and we cannot exchange or reimburse the ticket.

Private groups that arrive late will have their Walk shortened as it must finish at the prearranged time.
There are several stops during the regular activities of Traditional Ghost Walk and Ghost Hunts where you will enjoy stories. On some of these stops, there is a possibility to sit. However there are no breaks. The usual duration of our activities is 90 minutes and it takes place entirely in Old Montréal.
There are no bathrooms at our Ticket Office and no bathroom breaks during the Walks. We suggest that you plan accordingly.
